You will always have the opportunity to review and approve the quoted amount before your order is processed, and your payment method will not be charged until you approve the finalized shipping amount.

How Shipping Is Calculated
Shipping rates for non-standard destinations are not calculated automatically at checkout.
When you select a non-standard or custom destination, the checkout page will display the shipping cost as "Free" along with a message explaining that our team will provide a finalized shipping quotation for your destination after checkout via email, and includes a link to this Help Center article so you can review the full details and approval process.
After you place your order, our team will review:
- Product size and weight
- Freight classification (parcel, LTL freight, or specialized freight)
- Carrier availability by location
- Residential, liftgate, or limited-access requirements
We will then provide a finalized shipping quotation via email.
Approval Process
Once you receive the shipping quotation via email, you will have 5 days to review and either approve or decline the freight amount before your order is processed.
Your payment method will not be charged unless the shipping quotation is accepted.
If you choose not to proceed, your order will be canceled without penalty.
Processing Timeline
Shipping quotations are typically provided within 1–2 business days. Orders remain pending until shipping is approved.
Transit times to non-standard destinations are generally longer than standard continental U.S. deliveries and may vary depending on carrier routing.
Freight and Oversized Items
Many Corgrit products, including bumpers, skid plates, awnings, roof racks, wheels, and other off-road equipment, ship via freight carriers. For these items:
- Liftgate service may be required for residential delivery
- Delivery appointments may be scheduled by the carrier
- Additional accessorial fees may apply depending on delivery location
Our team will include all applicable charges in your shipping quotation for full transparency.
Promotions and Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions and standard flat-rate offers do not apply to non-standard destinations unless explicitly stated.
